Guinness Homes provide Marketing and Sales services for the Guinness Partnership.
We work across most of England to provide home ownership products for first time buyers. The range of affordable housing options we provide are; Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy, to households unable to access home ownership without assistance, Home Purchase for residents of Guinness Homes who wish to purchase the property they are currently renting and Resales of Shared Ownership properties.
If you are a first time buyer but cannot afford to buy, either because you cannot afford the full mortgage repayments or the deposit or both, then Guinness Homes may be able to help you.
