If you are a first time buyer but cannot afford to buy outright, either because you cannot afford the full mortgage repayments or the deposit or both, then Guinness Homes may be able to help you purchase on a part buy, part rent basis.
The Partnership has been providing good quality affordable homes for over one hundred years. The Guinness Homes team is passionate about delivering a great service assisting those unable to afford a new home without assistance to realise the goal of owning their own home.
