Service Standards

We aim to provide an excellent service to all of our customers and to provide you with all the information you need to get the full benefit of the service we offer.

  • You will be sent an application pack within 3 days of contacting us and asking us about registration.
  • Providing all information asked for is given and clearly decipherable, we will send you a letter to advise you that your registration is complete within 5 days of receipt of your application.
  • We will contact you every 6 months to ask you whether your personal information has changed and whether you still wish to remain on our list.

How to Complain

We hope that you will be entirely happy with the service that you receive from us, but should you have any reason to complain, then we will investigate the matter fully and try to put it right.  We welcome your comments, good or bad, as a way of letting us know what you think and of helping us to improve our service to you.
