We will approve all on-line registrations within 2 workings of submission.
Where we are unable to approve your registration we will advise you in 2 working days of our reason for declining your application.
We will contact you every 6 months to ask you whether your personal information has changed and whether you still wish to remain on our list
We hope you will be entirely happy with the service you receive from us. Should you have any reason to complain or wish to comment on the service you have received, we will investigate the matter and try to put it right.
We welcome your comments good or bad as a way of letting us know what you think and of helping us to improve our service to you.
We aim to resolve complaints at the first point of contact or within 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response we will record your complaint and submit the complaint to our Customer Services Team, who will handle the complaint in line with our official complaints process.
