Making an application
We require certain information to process your application. If this information is not provided we will not be able to proceed with your application.

It is a criminal offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false declaration or withhold information required in connection with your application.
You will be required to resubmit a fresh application form should your circumstances change within six months. After six months all customers are required to submit a new application form even if no changes have taken place.

Our regulators, Homes England require us to sell our publicly funded homes at no less than that established by a qualified valuer. These will be revalued every three months.
