Following the success in 2023, where Guinness Homes won two awards at the First Time Buyer Magazine Readers’ Awards 2023, we are delighted to reveal that we have been awarded ‘Highly Commendable’ for McArthurs Yard and Signal Park in their respective categories of ‘Best First Time Buyer Apartment’ and ‘Best Large Development’.
An esteemed panel of judges acknowledged Guinness Homes for its quality and expertise across four categories:
