When will these homes be ready?
We expect the homes to be ready in the Summer of 2019, this is subject to change. We are taking off plan reservations starting today, so although you can't yet view your new home, you can pay a £500 reservation deposit to secure your favourite plot. We'll then arrange a viewing as soon as the property is ready.
Am I eligible for these homes?
You should be over 18, resident in the UK and have a household income of less than £80,000. Priority will be given to those who live or work in the Borough of Wigan, or have immediate family members that live there.
What is the minimum share I can purchase?
The minimum share is 50%, you can purchase a maximum 75% initially. In the future you can purchase the full share taking your ownership to 100%.
