Making an application

We require certain information to process your application.  By completing an application form on our website you are granting consent for us to hold this information about you in our records.  This information is confidential and is used by us and our authorised external agencies for the purposes of finding you a home and for statistical analysis. 

We must protect public funds we handle so we may use the information provided in your application to prevent and detect fraud.  We may also share this information for the same purposes with other organisations that handle public funds.

It is a criminal offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false declaration or withhold information required in connection with your application.

You give consent for us to search the files of a credit reference agency and to take up references where considered necessary. 

Property values

Our regulators, The Homes & Communities Agency require us to sell our homes at no less than that established by a qualified valuer. These will be revalued every three months.

It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this Website. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms of use.
